Warranty & Liability
Limited Warranty
We warrant that the VITL Band will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vital Health Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
