Vital Health Enterprises was founded in 2024 with a clear purpose: to close the gap between high-level hospital tech and the lack of real tools available to the people who actually need them—soldiers, EMTs, frontline workers, and everyday patients.
Healthcare tech was either locked behind hospital walls or watered down for consumers. So we built something different.
The VITL Band wasn't created to follow trends—it was built to solve real problems. It had to be tough enough for the field, smart enough for the ICU, and intuitive enough for anyone to use. What started as a single wearable evolved into a full platform designed to monitor vitals, alert emergency contacts, guide wellness, and integrate seamlessly into clinical and combat environments.
